Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Lolukis purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned.

If your order arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged due to an issue on our end, please get in touch with us via email (lo.lukis.contact@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to look into the issue and work out a suitable solution with you.

Please note: While we take great care in packing every order securely, Lolukis is not responsible for loss, delays, or damage that occurs during transit once your order has been handed over to the postal or delivery service. Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond our control. We always do our best to package your purchases with care so they reach you safely, inshaAllah. 

If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend taking photos of the packaging and items as soon as you receive them and contacting us so we can advise you on the next steps.
