Shipping policy
We ship our Lolukis goodies from our home studio in Malaysia, with domestic and international shipping options available.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via Pos Laju Express with tracking, within 1–5 days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page or announced by Lolukis. This may include periods when our studio is temporarily closed (such as holidays or vacations) or when an order contains pre-order items, which may require a longer processing time.
- Peninsular Malaysia: From RM8 onwards
- East Malaysia: From RM16 onwards
- Free shipping for orders above RM150 within Peninsular Malaysia
- Free shipping for orders above RM300 to East Malaysia
Please note: Free shipping is not applicable for any Nahl & Nectar Mail Club purchases.
International Shipping
For international orders, we offer two shipping options:
Untracked Letter Mail
Available for flat items only, with a maximum weight of 100g per order. This is our most affordable international shipping option, but it does not include tracking.
Tracked Economy Shipping
Available for larger or heavier orders, starting from RM70, with the final shipping fee calculated based on the parcel's weight and/or size.
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and postal service. Once your order has been handed over to the postal or courier service, delivery is subject to their handling and delivery timelines.
